Clissold House wedding | Odharnait + Bobby
“We have a lot of fun together and laugh a lot so it would be nice to capture that spirit of fun and play.” This was my brief for the Clissold House wedding of Bobby and Odharnait (pronounced Ornith, I’m very glad someone explained this to me!).
These two got hitched on another scorcher of a July day. It was a relaxed and intimate wedding, full of warmth and banter. One of my favourite moments was the wonderful rendition of Elbow’s One Day Like This, performed by Odharnait’s talented family.
The bride and groom were not keen to spend too long away from their guests (and it was seriously also really really hot), so we did their portraits in double quick time before getting back to cooling refreshments in the shade.
After an afternoon break, everyone reconvened at Room 71-73 on Stoke Newington Church St for drinks, food and speeches.
It was a short day for me but no less special for it - a real pleasure to be a part of Odh and Bobby’s day.
